Title: I'm a total noob to this, help me build a mining rig? Post by: dennist on June 10, 2011, 12:48:58 AM I wanted to know aside from the video card, exactly what else matters in the system? If I were to get my hands on a 5830 and run this with a shitty Pentium 4 or other processor, would that matter in the long run? Do I need a high wattage power supply?

I can only get 278 MH/s stable. and windows XP runs really really bad when you have it screaming like lol.
