If they have no money, you are fucked. If it is proven that there was fraud, you may be able to get some of his personal assets. Post by: alani123 on April 07, 2016, 02:47:12 AM Hopefully law enforcement will catch up with that crook, with Cryptsy's opperations having been a US based, authorities there will surely be able to investigate what was going on. If the opperation proves to have been fraudulent you might see property seizure, although to me that seems unlikely and even it becomes reality it would take a long time.
