I think the only iPhone wallets with available source code are breadwallet (https://github.com/voisine/breadwallet) and Copay (https://github.com/bitpay/copay)

You'd just have to compile in the same way you'd do for iOS apps (Xcode), I think. I'm not an iOS programming expert, but there's some links you can start with.

If you are asking about Bitcoin Core, you can't compile it for iPhone.  As above, there may be other open source wallets for iPhone that you can try.

You can't.Core doesn't have a source to run on Iphone.Even if you're thinking to link your Iphone with the MacBOOK,don; t expect the native third party apps to be rendered in the sync.Use a SPV like blockchain.info wallet for Ios.
