We will not use an escrower. This is the first stage of the advertising campaign. We are trying to build a community around a very cool and complex project and this can't be done through an escrower.

Wow there are lots of enrollees even if there is no said escrow yet. Hmmm and the said website is under test.

It is getting some free advertisements now from people who attached the sig.

you have to wear the signature if you want to enroll in it.. this is the rule of enrollment.
and about the main thread of the signature I want to say it seems really Unprofessional and Uncompleted. OP didn't mentioned lots of Important things.
Like:
Minimum Posts. Allowed Threads and Boards. etc. and Most important thing is escrowing the funds.

I just followed how to enrol and i didn't see to wear the signature maybe you are talking in the rules? but for now better to wear my signature. if the owner inform me that i am accepted i will replace my signature..
And i think the site masknetwork is a beta test i dont see any importance in their site.. i will wait for the response from the op before i change my signature.

the camp look indeed shady as the website doesn't look that professional plus the rates op is offering are good to be true

the whole project looks super shady. i don't want to jump to any conclusions here but there are all kinds of signs that point to a shady operation.
first there is the self moderated announcement topic which is never a good sign.
then there is all the high rates of payment with no escrow for funds and no respond from OP.

also from what i understood the network only accepts one altcoin (maskcoin??)

Its like a free advertising for OP's project anyway, by letting the participant to use the signature for all day without get paid. But since it has been not 24 hours yet, maybe OP still reviewing the participant details

1. The testnet is live since December, 2015. It's the first web based crypto project where there is nothing to download and the third project that implements smart contracts after Ethereum and Lisk. If you choose a web node and start digging, you will realize very soon that this is not the regular scam coin.

2. Unfortunately,  the forum is almost unmoderated, with hundreds of people screaming "you are a scammer" with zero evidence. Bitcointalk is not what is used to be. The only way to maintain a proper language is to self regulate a thread.

3. The rates are a bit higher than other campaigns, but there is a limit of 25 posts / week.

What site looks unprofesional ? If you are talking about masknetwork.com, i agree. It's just a small presentation page. The "real thing" is on web nodes (ex. www.hiddenwallet.org, www.maskwallet.com and so on...)

Also the signature will be redesigned. I don't like it but you can't say is not VISIBLE :)))

Your signature got a trailing (obsolete) [ /color], which you can remove without any effect (you can see it being cut-off in your signature space, it doesn't look that good.
Since full members can't use sizing in their signatures, that part is obsolete for them, however, it seems like the signature itself (with sizing) is too big, which leads to the lower row being half cut-off when used by seniors+

Well thats easy. He will count all your post in the last week and pay you. It is much simple method.

This week we will manually count the posts for each participant starting from entry date.  Starting next week, there is going to be an automated script that will count the posts and publish them over MaskNetwork as a data feed, updated every 20 minutes. You will find in the next weeks why we need such a data feed...:))

And yes, there is going to be a daily contest for participants. We will post the details once the software is ready.
