How about the loan if the buyer needs to repay this why you not repay this loan first you will get more or better offers for this dont you think so ?

So you want to sell an account that has active loan?
better you pay your loan before you sell it because its risky to buy an account with loan or open trade.

if i had btc to repay it i would and i would not sell account.

try to put the account up for biding in the auction section you have maybe a better chance to sale it and get some nice price

0.13-0.22 = actually 0.2-0.29 and that is alot for an account with a loan from who knows how long... Post link if you auction, might bid :p

will you pay the loan by selling this account. or buyer should pay the loan? the lander will default the account if the loan won't be paid. and the account will possibly get negative feedback.

you should do by what is right with the lender and not run away.  Talk and maybe he will take account off you at least to offer the lender some relief from your irresponsible behavior
