It looks like a new service and presents by minergate. I think they can be trustful because of minergate.

Looks like a shapeshift copy... Just use shapeshift for now, till that this website is proven to be legitimate.

The rates are not too far off from shapeshift either...

I found it on Cointelegraph btw and since they have a history on Promoting scams ,I wanted to ask about it .

I've used it last month for a Dogecoin to BTCitcoin exchange and the whole process was fast and the interface from each step (like payment sent, transaction confirmed and etc...) is very nice and it updates in real time. Overall was around 30ish minutes for the exchange. Minergate is the owner of Changelly now, so it's legit since I never had withdrawal issues with them (when using minergate).

They are new for sure but the minergate seems older and i think they are saying they have 90k happy clients who are clients for minergate mining service not for changelly. I think you can try them for small amount without fear as they are from minergate which is reputable company.

You can just use your email, we included social services only as an alternative method of login. No verification is needed for our service and we have a strict privacy policy. We cherish anonymity too, it's an important part of crypto world and the whole decentralization idea.

Reading all good reviews so far in the forum, just gave these guys a try, very happy with their service, changed 2500 DOGE to 0.0011 BTC , exchange went smooth and received my BTC very soon. I think changelly has the potential to become the new shapeshift very very soon. Congrats on this great service.

Changelly reports they xferred 400 XMR to my wallet and NOTHING showed up. They are HORRIBLE at responding to messages. 1BTC worth. One more day if I don't get a response I am unleashing the wrap of satan on them for being outright criminal theves.


I need help getting my BTC back.

I for one only heard of them last week in a thread, where they were mentioned as a substitute to shapeshift, to which I disagreed but other than that I haven't heard anything bad about them but the guy above seems to be having some problems, though I am sure it is just a temporary issue which should be sorted out soon.

Shapeshift came back few  days ago after the hack.

I contacted nope. As long as they return my property (1 bitcoin) I don't care at this point. I'm giving them a few days to fix this. After that, the gloves are off in the biggest way you can comprehend.

I don't understand what the hell "I contacted nope" means but I will assume that you didn't.
They are a big company and I don't see them scamming 1BTC honestly unless it happened for different users (which is not the case since I don't see any scam accusations against them) so you probably did something wrong or against their ToS .

Problem was solved. They refunded me my BTC back. I guess they arent supporting XMR despite the web interface allowing you to try. A little error prone to say the least, but after 24hrs I did get my BTC refunded.
