anything you can offer as collateral?

For such small amount I can't see why any collateral would be needed. Think of it as a kickstart donation or even a crowdfunded event to get this faucet on it's feet. It does sound interesting. Will visit it when it is up and running. Sorry low on funds at the moment or I would give you this small amount without collateral.

What do you mean? Are you wanna looking for loans or you wanna looking for donation on here? You have written donation on board of loans. Next time You must more specific when you will make thread.

Because some people here will scam you for 1 cent if they can so the collateral rule should be for any ammount even that low if we start to give it to him and not asking for collateral the forum will be flooded for such requests

Doesn't matter if you're from India or Mars or class 12th or PHD.The rules of collateral applies to everyone here unless someone is willing to donate you those coins (which I doubt).Your point of contact is your damn facebook page and twitter account with your faucet name ? Seems shady to me.I mean if you had planned to return the loan,why not simply link to your original facebook page ?

Small or big amount of loans requires collateral unless you are someone to be trusted in here.

The reason why they are asking you a collteral for such small amount is because you are using a newbie account.

Firstly this is not the right section for your offer, you can post a thread about it in the digital goods section.
Secondly i suggest you lower the price a little bit, because your prices are really too high.

Not sure about the php script, but you can buy bitcoinvolcano.net for 0.015btc - 100x less than what you are asking.

Also there are many free faucet scripts out there that can be installed on the domain so there is no point in paying 0.5 BTC for the script.
