1,000 Okats = 0.00239143, it means 1 okat=239 satoshies, and OP said that he will pay 70 000 satoshis per claiming 1 okat. neither he is fully idiot nor he is nasty scammer. i think he is scammer.

i had try to register several times but it says "An error has occurred" a bit confused because i do not use proxy or multiple account here

When you have promised to pay 100K satoshi per signup, it is as simple as to pay as soon as someone signed up. You don't need to pass the time with spreadshit to fool more people into signing up for multiple accounts with your ref link.

when you sign up with the OP's link? it is an obvious scam. a Newbie offering 100,000 satoshi for joining a referral link. why? what will he get if every one just join with his referral link. for referral commission referrals must do some work, then the person who referred them will get commission. but OP don't asking for doing anything, he just want to sign up.

Doing this job without any escrow funds looking fishy, it seems this would be just waste of time by doing this task for nothing if op is serious to have some people for this job than put funds into escrow there.

site is working and paying without problem, so dont worry, you willnot get hacked. he only scammed us and hadnot payed for signups. he only needed referrals to upgrade his business in this faucet.

There's always the risk of that, unless you use temp mail address. But still most people don't do that....

I signed up for bitkan and immediately my mailbox got flooded with spam. But yea temporary emailaddress is the way to go about these things I guess.
