Studypool.com is basically a tutor site you can make money on. They have a referral system to get money you can withdraw once you reach 50 dollars. Each student usually pays around 3-5 bucks for a pretty simple answer.

It is dangerous to give your personal info to someone, what if they order some items online and the payment method is "Cash on Delivery"? - just stating what could possibly happen.

Nobody here is giving out personal info to a someone. They are providing paypal with personal info of which some of it will be given to a company that has a funding of 1.2$ Mil. The info that gets transmitted is only to make sure that the person registered exists and that they have not already registered with studypool.

I think it's not okay, you need to verify first your paypal so that you have also your billing address. Studypool needs verified paypal to prevent self-referrals. I did some research about this company and they are legitimate. :)

No you need to signup at a student. Their main revenue source are students. Studypool earns 10% of all transaction on their site. When a tutor help you with homework, questions, essays, thesis, etc. Studypool takes 10% commission out of the pay. It's a reputable site.

OP, you might have missed my comment. I still havn't got a reply to my message. I have already created an account but didn't verified it. I can only do it once I get the confirmation from me.

Example,
I put up a request as a student that I require help with my thesis or homework and that I'm willing to pay upto $10. A tutor will accept the request and do the work for me. Once he provides me with the work. Studypool takes it's commission out of the $10 and gives the rest to the tutor.
To become a tutor you need to be from an Ivy league or similar university or be a professor for at least 2 years.
