Title: Any other US based CASH IN MAIL exchangers besides Bitcopia?

Not that there's anything wrong with bitcopia, but it would be good to have a backup to sell coins for cash incase they go down.

If you're in the US and can get a MP loadable debit card:
I'll accept your BTC and return 8% extra in MP loads to your Green Dot/other related debit card.
Check my listing and contact me on torchat.

That's the problem with receiving MP's or any money into a US account for that matter. The account administrators will have your personal info.
Fortunately, you can still say you were the one loading your account with the MP since there's no evidence of receiving the MP from someone else. All they will know is your loading your account with money.
