Title: Negative Rating
Post by: steamproject on April 10, 2016, 05:01:05 PM
Hello !

I am sick and tired to fight with scammers and hackers and i received many negative feedbacks from a guy called MEZAZ aka Obaba , Siemens , MajorTrader , LimboTrades , PirateOne , VictorRuah ,  background , MadeInUS , LiliMarket , JasonYang , Tech Mania ,  Momooooo .

Can anyone erase them ?

Trust ratings aren't moderated here, the only thing you can do is pm those that posted and try to work something out.

Yes, the users themselves.

The only thing you can do is pm those that posted and try to work something out.
Or you just ignore the ratings, as they are untrusted anyway, don't affect your trust raiting and a serious trading partner most probably won't care about them.

If its mostly scammers retaliating against comments it should be obvious to most people that can think for themselves, sadly we do have a pretty large segment that take things for face value when they navigate the forum. But do you really want to deal with people that blind?

They are in my untrusted feedback when I look at your name so it is not as big of deal as if they would have been trusted.    But if a user deals with you, your right it does make you look bad and they would have to look into it.

This is what happens though if you get into scam busting you get a good amount of feedback in retaliation.  If you don't want this I would suggest staying away from scam busting.

1) It looks like that most of your negative ratings are from people that either labeled scammers or have zero reputation, plus the comments are very vague with no reference links so I would doubt anyone would take them seriously.

2) It is possible that a single person left similar negative ratings against you, and if that was the case it is possible that theymos will remove them as it would probably exceed the threshold of being "trust spam"

Get use to it, you're a target. Why? You sell invites and by doing so, you're making it harder for the kids who left you multiple feedback using their alts to scam.

Theymos just posted yesterday: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1432118.0

OP it's obvious spam feedback and I did hear that Theymos does erase shit like this.  Not for nothing, if I was potentially doing a deal with you I would look past what feedback you have now.  The spam ones, I mean.  I hear you, it's annoying.

Really man... stop torturing yourself by checking out the untrusted feedback list. They are of no harm for you.

If anything then you should take it as some sort of medal like other scam busters on the forum wear scammer neg trusts.

There are even people that look like experienced users on here but do not even know that the red numbers under the avatar are a risk sign. :)

Mostly it is enough to check the default trust ratings since when someone really scammed then he surely got red trust from default trust users too.
