Couple of questions OP

1) If one buys a YT views/likes package - are those views split between videos or only 1 video is targeted?

2) You stated multiple times "no bots, no nonsense" and that's fine, but what happens (on your end) if a YT channel gets banned because of fake traffic?

3) Is there any other way of communication between you and a customer? Just in case you stop posting here. (i am not asking for it now, just if there is any )

one more question, and I think I know the answer.... i.e. if one gets "50,000 within 10 days." can those 10 days be actually extended to 15 or 20 so it's less suspicious (for the lack of a better word)

this is good if it is safe from adsense but if produces traffics that is not organic i guess it is quite dangerous if  your videos are monetized but if it is organic well it i a good investment i guess looking forward to this  i hope it would grow and successful.
