why ask other to buy it for you if you can buy it yourself with bitcoin. If you need bitcoin than ask someone in currecy exchange section for bitcoin with whatever payment method you are willing to pay. good luck

This sounds very likely like taking advantage of the dating sites referral system because of the lucrative sign-up bonuses for new users. Is this the case here OP? Why would you need people with VPN if it's not for the new referrals? I guess you need also people from particular countries so you will reap the maximum commissions possible thus the VPN .

This is looking mysterious offer why not you pay yourself for this kind of site?.
I think there is an hidden motive behind this offer.

If you really want to do this because of affiliate reward then you already are busted by the dating site affiliate team before you know it. Judging from your question you don't really have a clue what would be needed.

And no, I wouldn't help you with something like that.
