He is just trying to use your paypal to do some money laundering specially money from stolen credit card. I have heard about this type of scam before also in other forums. Don't make yourself in trouble, not only your verified paypal will be investigated. IF the fraud was big you may get your home also raided by local police. Funny thing is that my pp account has got limited indeed, but that was because I made my original account before I turned 18 ... I was just not keen on waiting 21+ days to receive my paypal balance for my RSgp... I wont lie that I do make a decent profit out of this (at this moment), so yea, if I could cut the 21day hold on my new account, I would gladly share some of the profit. But you guys are right, I wouldnt trust the newbie either :P
