Title: BFL labs single 60GHs power on but no mining
Post by: ektwr on April 11, 2016, 06:13:47 AM
Hi all after a long time.
Yesterday i found my BFL single 60GH/s machine sitting lazy and watch me.
It said to me: Am i dead now? After those years of mining?
So i decided to give it a chance and give it life again.
Now i 'm more prepaired.
I do have a USB Blaster JTAG, AVR Studio ver 5, quartus ii web and free time to spend.
The symptoms are:
Giving power to the device, power led on, and one more led too but no led near usb plug lights.
Measured voltages 1V, 3.3V 5V 12V ->OK
Connecting to PC through the USB cable, the PC with XP sp3 recognize it as COM4 serial converter.
I read the FTDI 232H chip through his programing software and finds it.
I did reprogramming this chip with the lightfoot's XML file. OK
I try to mining but the cgminer recognize it as ICARUS and refuse to mining.
Does anyone can help and tell me if and how i can reflash it somehow?
Help my lazy sitting BFL single 60GH/s getting back to life again.
TIA
