Title: Newbie Having Trouble Reaching Normal MHash levels.
Post by: npno on February 11, 2013, 11:06:38 PM
I just recently got into mining this past weekend. I picked up a couple HD5970s, but I'm having some issues with getting the ~350 mhash that seems to be the norm.

As of right now, the 4 cores are pulling around 250-260 each at 1.05/800/150. I tried https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=62239.0 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=62239.0) and got 360-370 mhash, but now the workers aren't accepting shares. Im using GUIMiner on slush's pool.

Any help is much appreciated.

Cheers,

Nick
