Fastest option to your bank account is a bank wire. You can have "cash" in your bank the same business day. Note it is after 5PM EST bank cutoff for same day wires but anything sold now would be "spendable" tomorrow. Fastest option to an eWallet would be PayPal or Dwolla which is "spendable" within a few hours. While it is unlikely, on https://localbitcoins.com/ you may be able to find someone local who will immediately meet with you any time of day or night and hand you a briefcase full of actual cash in exchange for your bitcoin. I'll be adding other gift cards, and later, other forms of money to cash out with.
