The Healthiest Old Person on the Planet Explains How to Stay in Shape

Charles Eugster is the greatest British sprinter you've probably never heard of. He currently holds world records in the 200m (indoor) and 400m (outdoor) sprints, as well as British records in the 60m (indoor), 100m (outdoor), and 200m (outdoor). A couple of weeks ago, he narrowly missed out on the world record for the 60m sprint after pulling his hamstring halfway through. He still won the race to become European Champion. It's an impressive record, given that the man—by pretty well established standards—shouldn't be able to cross a road without help, let alone run. He is 96 years old.

Was a lady on t.v yesterday that was older as hell and she was throwing out the first pitch of some baseball game because she drinks 3 dr.peppers a day,so they put her in the big game. Its funny when these people talk about what makes them young or live so long, its usually 50/50 that they tell you about a bad habit.

Involuntary retirement is a big killer of seniors,my former doctor told me to work as long as possible for a longer life.

Now that is some inspiration.

Most old people are just lazy fucks that grab their pensions and welfare.

This grandpa should be an inspiation to all lazy old people:

- Start creating things!
- Stop living on other people's money!
- The healthier you live, the longer you live!

The reason that this rings true is some people never had a life outside of work and raising kids. So the kids grow up get busy with work and their own families, sometimes moving away. No work, no hobbies, what the hell do now!
Live a balanced life outside of work and I doubt this stays a factor with age because you will know what to do to relax and enjoy life.

...I'll tell you something else: strength training increases your libido.

And you know this from experience?

Well, you know the story about my pubic hair, don't you?

I feel like I'm about to.

When I was still training with Mr. Universe, he took me aside one day and asked, "Have you noticed an increase in your libido?" I was embarrassed. I said, "Look, this is not something I'd like to discuss. It's private." But he was very persistent, and in the end I relented. I said, "Look now, you mustn't tell anybody else, but what I'm about to tell you is very dramatic. Incredible. Since I started on this program, my pubic hairs, which were white, have turned brown." I mean, wow!

It's amazing to see older people in such good shape. Also helps with keeping their brains sharp for sure.

The largest issue is that most of the people that are reading this post are not doing anything that he is recommending because they are spending to much time on the computer reading and responding to posts!!!  Joking but may be true!!
