Title: Current supply versus total future supply of various coins.
Post by: simon7 on April 13, 2016, 06:24:25 PM
Where can I find information or a site that shows the total number of coins that will ever be in existence as compared to what is currently available for the various cryptocurrencies ?

The Digitial Currency is always be increasing as it is creating by minning and as more and more people mine coins, it will always increase.
Its not like FIAT which require Gold to backup etc

I think this website sums up all of those for all major currencies.

And even more info:  http://coingecko.com/

A good source.
So I advise this: http://coinmarketcap.com/
It placed almost all the current coins.

You are dreaming mate :). Fiat doesn't need gold or anything "to backup" since 1971. Those are backed only by government regulations and law (AKA promises) what supposed to guarantee the value of that piece of paper :).

To OP:

You can find the max supply for coins on coingecko. Click on the coin and then you will get a detailed information page.
