Calling from our number to a rated service number we could play in games like Satoshidice. You would just need to call the right number and dial your gambling choice. Maybe such services could be implemented even without any telecom added services, having an exterior servive provide the deal. You enter the code and the bitcoin address that you want your bitcoin address to be associated with and you are done. After 3 fails of the code for the same phone number the site blocks/halts your IP address and may persecute you for identity theft attempt. The site will then provide access to this public database and provide services for programming using an advanced API.
