Title: ICO US Investors - Legal?

can US investors legally (non-accredited) invest in any cryptocurrency ICO - Lisk, Waves, ETC ?

or are they comitting a crime

I've yet to read anything here from actual lawyers,  but I'm sure there are some.  I work with a gentleman who says his nephew is a bitcoin lawyer named Eli A. down in Washington D.C..  I ought to see about meeting him.  I have a lot of the same questions.

That is one of those questions like    is it legally for the president to get a BJ in the  whitehouse by someone who is not his wife ?
