better to not trade with untrusted users at all because they still can chargeback. escrow won't be able protect you from that.

The OP clearly states that he is BUYING PayPal WITH bitcoin. He is the one facing the chargeback risk.

sigh... you misunderstood my post... I told OP to not trade with untrusted users because of that very reason.

Neh, they can't. Basically, the paypal transaction didn't take place there(in the first place). You can see(read) 'em in the snapshot that they've (OP) provided there-> http://prntscr.com/asu228 . And also using paypal funds for the crypto(digital) currency exchange purposes(i.e., paypal->btc or btc->paypal) is strictly against their(paypal's) policy(terms & conditions) AFAIK. They can close/limit their(anyone's) paypal account if they do find such activities (from their/anyone's account) I'd guess.

My understanding has been that the wallets on the left (if more than one) are coming from the same wallet, they are part of the same overall wallet...
