you're selling bitcoins for paypal, right? if so then why not sell your bitcoins to users like zazarb (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=369212) or shdvb (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=583572.0) instead? they're a long time users and have some reputation in paypal trades. better than waiting for a random user from god knows where. I would like to earn some money to my bitcoins and users as zaraab do not pay the fee I askyou're selling bitcoins for paypal, right? if so then why not sell your bitcoins to users like zazarb (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=369212) or shdvb (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=583572.0) instead? they're a long time users and have some reputation in paypal trades. better than waiting for a random user from god knows where. Title: Re: lolgato1 scammer Post by: Quartx on April 16, 2016, 05:06:28 AM Sorry for your lost, seems like a typical scammer. This is why you should never use paypal to buy or sell coins.
In addition, no matter how small it may seem, always use escrow. And never deal with PM offers, always insist on the seller/buyer posting in your thread. I hope you can get some resolution out of this, no matter how small the probability is EDIT: To be fair, your fee is pretty high for such a low amount + the fact that you are a newbie means very few people would deal with you (no offence). I wish you all the best in your future trades Title: Re: lolgato1 scammer Post by: suchmoon on April 16, 2016, 05:48:47 AM What happened:: scammed me 0.02 btc he never send paypal http://prntscr.com/asucvp Scammers Profile Link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=729028 Reference Link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1438342.new#new Amount Scammed: 0.02 Payment Method: btc Proof of Payment: https://blockchain.info/fr/tx/891c57e26e074e9b670b0f5df00c8ed868afafc3e10a5ade2dde6dda35297c3b PM/Chat Logs: http://prntscr.com/asud8v http://prntscr.com/asudda I'm sorry to say this but you were quite literally asking to get scammed. There is a prominent warning on the Currency Exchange board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=14632.0 PayPal is extremely risky. Having said that it is a very low amount for a scam so perhaps lolgato1 would be willing to reconsider. Let's wait and see. I would suggest to insist on BTC refund and not take PayPal if lolgato1 would offer to settle this. Sorry for your lost, seems like a typical scammer. Title: Re: lolgato1 scammer Post by: FriendlyChemist on April 16, 2016, 07:14:31 AM Fell sorry for your loss and learn some lesson from it. As you are saying that it could be better if you had used escrow but PP would make no use of escrow until pp is kept in escrow for 180 days.
The accuser account is not even worth of 0.01BTC Title: Re: lolgato1 scammer Post by: Timelord2067 on April 16, 2016, 12:01:15 PM I've just found a third user using the wallet https://blockchain.info/address/1LtpgbV1srrK7Ehxid6JhdvHqjUPvR8oiy from your transaction id
