He was fine with that price, yet he has an offer $24 a coin here? Suspicious.

Makes sense. He wanted to use a MM with me or have me send first. Either a fake MM/someone he knows or just bluffing to get people to send first. There has been a ton of scamming accusations threads lately on this issue.
