I'll have some free time later tonight so I was thinking why not, since I think people make good offers as of now. If you have an offer send me a PM. I prefer a fixed rate. Why don't you try to start your own install the wallet in your laptop or pc.. if you are using win7 32 bit and the error always say is api-dll blah blah blah.. you should check the update in your os and update it.. i hope it can help to solve your rai_wallet to your laptop or desktop.. or pm me i can help you to fix it to install your own wallet...
