I've seen many matches with 1-1.5 which were harder to predict that and ended causing me to lost money. You can always lose - no matter how high or low is match odds.
I would consider tipster good if I have see around 100 bets - only after high bets number like this we can see some patterns.

I wouldn't really consider $3 too expensive. If you look at paid tips from other websites, they are a lot more expensive like 30$ for 1 pick at docsports.com. Also, you can't be sure that it is a win, since even if you knew it was a fixed match, things can go wrong. You can never winn 100% of the time in gambling. If you could, no one would be running a sportsbook.
