Well betcoin.tm has a fast withdrawal system but i dont want to recommend that site as there is currently some ongoing problems with processing of withdrawals.Well i had tried BitStars,Betking.io,Fortunejack  and they are fast but it depends on how much balance they have in their hot wallet.If there is money in hot wallet it will be processed within less than 5minutes otherwise you have to wait till it is refilled again.

Also.there is a site name betcoin.ag .It is a good site with nice games but their support staff response is week and also withdrawal is processed very much late .Sometimes it even takes up days.Just posted this to let you know.

I would think it's pretty standard. In general it's probably better from a casinos point of view to process withdrawals as fast as possible, as you want to offer the smoothest experience (especially so to winners, so they come back). for dice site, i think more have the instant withdraw (depend already form how many bitcoin you withdraw). For little amount i have withdraw immediatly to primedice, rollin,cryptogames.
for casino, i see only directbetcasino with auto withdraw, all other i have see have big delay

in my experience all the withdrawals usually have similar rules based on the size of the withdrawal request. which means if it is small then it will be instant but for big transactions the sites usually do them manually so it takes time.

But if you withdraw small amounts then fortunejack withdrawals are almost instant. If your withdrawals are big then, they may take some time to verify things before releasing your big funds. If I'm not wrong, most of the casinos will do this checking if withdrawal funds are big.
