Title: The "All In" Challenge! Don't believe me? Just Watch.
Post by: bitcoinprofit on April 21, 2016, 11:38:23 PM
I think i will make this an actual discussion....I want to test the theory found here ===> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1404078.0

Assuming I will win the first "All In" bet I will bet again using only the profits from the initial bet...

Example - Wager: $70 ------> Bet is Won ------>Total Profit: +$100

Here's the interactive part you guy get to choose the next move for the profits..

Here's how it will work

1) Comment this thread with either:

ALL IN or BANK

ALL IN = The entire  Profit is going to placed on the next bet...

BANK = 1/2 HALF of the Profits ($50) will go to the next bet.

2) I post the bet. It will mainly be sports bet possibly from this forum and between 1.30 - 3.00 odds.

3) Match is over I report results and profit here.

4) Move to the next comment/bet...

We will begin next week with the first move being a BANK in the event it wins... user lite was the first to comment in the old thread

What are you trying to test if users get to decide what you do with their posts?
Also which theory from the thread you linked are you trying out?

The "All In" bet using a small bankroll is it a good idea?

I plan to document the journey here...

All in can lead to a disaster if you are not lucky. Most people I know who bet all that they've got ended up loosing, also you can see it with their answers i your thread that most of them ended up with nothing.
Anyway, this is a nice experimentation and it would be fun to watch what will happen with your bets. What gambling game are you planning to test this out?

In terms of making money? No, no matter what better technique will lead to ruin if you're playing on a site, even sports betting.
Could be fun though having people participate though.

This is why we are here to prove if it is a profitable method I will risk my funds...

We need participation tho for the experiment to work

The first move is BANK

I need the second move for our second wager

it is not a good method in my opinion, but it is surely an interesting one and i will try to follow this topic to follow your journey and wish you luck

i would vote for All in for bets, to put all the profit down each time and if the profit gets big (multiple wins) then make it Bank, half the profit.

I dont understand what are you going to do. You are going to give us some free tips with all in method or you are going to do the exactly the same thing as Carles did? You ask us to give you some suggestion on how are you going to do with your balance after post? If that so what is the profit for us if we keep on giving you suggestion on how are you going to do with your balance for the next bet

What do we get if you win ?
I say YOLO!! it. But don't cry afterwards. :D

Or do what I do sometimes when I am unsure, Flip for it, use this: http://justflipacoin.com/
Heads: Yolo
Tails: Half a bet

Here is a suggestion for the thread though, add a poll, it'd be much easier to decide then what's the crowd's verdict. GL :)

This is stupid. You should bet more on bets that have a better chance to win, and less on longshots.

Lol yeah "YOLO" or "ALLIN" only work for one time only, you couldn't make it always win in long run it's needed super luck.
Bad I dea to make ALLIN bets in long run, just do allin in first bet and the rest you could do what you call BANK.
Goodluck.

It is possible! A tipster on this very forum had a 15 W streak

15 wins in a row I don't call that "luck"

So had I followed those tips doing All in each time I would have at least doubled my money.

Only doubling your money on 15 in a row is awful. To win 15 in a row you need to make easy picks/heavy favorites.

don't do it man , its so much risky and both the all in and bank sucks
you can't achieve a lot using this method , you need to run extremly good and by your word all in I guess you mean serious money
you may achieve a lot if you had like 8 winning streak with X1.8 odds or bigger , but really it doesn't worth the try
indeed manage your bankroll good and bet normally , that's the way to have success

I didn't say only double to clarify....
If you followed the tips 1 to 15  you could have at least doubled your initial bet.
In other words you might have seen more than double your money back (triple, quadruple etc) if you went all in from first Tip to the 15th Tip...

I suggest placing all-in bets on picks you are very confident in and bank bets on less confident picks so in the event that you lose you would still have something left in your bankroll to fall back on. However you may lose everything following even the best tipsters on the forum so be careful and good luck to you in your endeavor.

i agree.
especially since you are planning on doing it on sports betting and with tipsters the i say it is YOLO with a little bit of thinking which may in fact work pretty good.

If it's sports betting then maybe you can pull out this one. Sport betting is more of a skill game where you need to have enough knowledge and gather enough data to know which team you will choose to win so if you know what you are doing then go YOLO, although I think luck will play a part in this because sometimes, no matter how knowledgeable you are and no matter how strong the team you thought will win, sometimes, things flips up and results to opposite than what you predicted. Anyway, goodluck with this experiment!

It can very well be luck.

Let's say a tipster has awesome tips and if you go all in on all of them, you will get 10x your money after a winstreak of 15 tips.

What are the odds of a tipster getting these many right you ask? Well, 1/10.

If you give me a list of the odds of each bet he made in a 15 W streak, I can mathematically show you the likelihood that it was pure luck. Considering the number of tipsters on the forums, the likelihood that one of them has awesome luck is not that unlikely...

I'd say BANK some rather than YOLO all in,

or you could also bank some until you have a "safe" amount and then play YOLO later.

anyway, good luck with your challenge bro ;) i'm watching this thread and hoping that you can pull it majestically

when i win, I always save the initial capital and then I play all in on the profit. so I do not have the burden or worry, when playing an all-in of profit.

Your all in doesnt use the same odds? Means like if you place higher bet you will not take some risk by playing some risk odds you will play safer like below 1.5 odds. Am I right? And btw you are not all in your balance because YOLO mean you only live once and then you will bet everything on that single bet so I dont really think that you do is making any sense to any of us here

I will let you bet on all in rather than going for smaller increments.
If you are confident enough on a particular event and you have chosen the winning side wisely then you are pretty much eligible to take the risk.

JUST DO IT!!! :P

Actually you should never go online. But gambling is all about luck and maybe you save time just winning or maybe losing.
Sometmes, maybe 5% percent of time i go full online but most I play safe, because when you're a gambler you will never win . When you enter into a casino, you know you already lost that money, the only reason you're playing is for adrenaline.

I'd say BANK some rather than YOLO all in,

or you could also bank some until you have a "safe" amount and then play YOLO later.

anyway, good luck with your challenge bro ;) i'm watching this thread and hoping that you can pull it majestically
There's no difference except in terms of the amount of time you spend to lose your money. Either way, eventually, you'll reach the point where you place your last bet with the last of your money... and you'll lose. For me, I like the all-in strategy. It's more fun and you get through the whole gambling event much more quickly.

The amount that you risk would be roughly the same when you carry it out statistically.

I say to go YOLO forever!

Never go all in ever !! Half even sounds a lot. I think its far better to stay consistent then get too risky. Good luck  :P

Congratulations and you are doing great, and I wish you bet always all in, well sometimes you will lose, but if you follow a good tipster, you can make some consecutive victories and withdraw and then start over just like you are doing. By the way is CarlesPuyol your tipster or someone else, just curious as I am out of the business for about 3 months :)

My 1st attempt @All In I made it to 0.5 BTC with Proof!!!

I plan to go beyond during my 2nd attempt

I use multiple sources I don't have one specific tipster.

I am also very selective of tips... If im not 100% then I don't do it.

CarlesPuyol is very talented I used his tips a few times since it was free at the time and he has done well historically.

I don't plan on using his tips this time.

I will push forward for all to see...

Thanks for the support!!!!

I'd rather go for the quit and never again option than go all in. My luck seems ok with general betting, but when it comes to that all in moment, I seem to never win and always lose.

Quitting gambling would be a much smarter decision to make, than to risk all your money on one single bet.

OP, why don't you post your picks before the actual matches like Carles and others do so we can see? I'm not doubting you per se, but anyone can make a lot of bets and then just post their winning tickets and say how awesome they are. Post your picks and predictions and amount wagered before the matches. That would seem more legit, imo. Or am I missing something here?

Good Luck

I don't post before since the thread is only for result updates of my personal journey.

This is not a tipster thread. I'm not doing  this for other peoples benefit nor for followers.

You're not missing anything I have been transparent about all my results.

We can verify the bets that you show us, but we can't verify that these are all the bets that you make.

A record that doesn't include proof that the picks were made before (or at least during) the game is pretty useless.

I'm not looking for your tips, I"m saying that what your posting is useless.

You are are trying to show that your method works, we don't know that it works unless we know that you aren't keeping your losing bets from us. The only way to do that is to show them to us (or at least somebody) before they are obvious wins.

I don't have reason for fake posts...

Payout Transaction ID can be used to verify the wallet i am controlling funds

Every incoming and outgoing transaction can be tracked via the blockchain.info + txn id

I only use one payout address for directbet.

I'm not sure what other proof is necessary...I can't please everyone.

However I know it is real since my wallet is getting fatter by the day.

Posting before is more work to do on my end.

Posting before has the possibility of other people following ... I don't want that type of pressure/problem.

Post your picks before the match or this thread is pretty much useless. I mean it's great that you post your winning tickets after they have won. Anybody can do that. Your "Challenge" isn't really much of a challenge. It doesn't take "confidence" to not show your pics prior to the match and then post your winning tickets after the match is won.

It's not about being able to verify your winning tickets.

Do you not understand how people might be skeptical when you don't let it be known to those who might care about your thread what the picks/bets you make PRIOR to the match?

For example, any Joe Blow can bet five games or so and not disclose/let people know what those picks are before the matches. Then if only two of those five matches win, Joe Blow then takes one of the winning tickets and posts the winning results and says, "Look how awesome I am. Confidence is key."

Just sayin'...

so hard to hit so many in a row.

Have you thought of just flat betting .01 and after about 10 games getting the same result as if you kept doubling up?

So hard to hit 55-60% of the time let alone winning on a big all in streak. I like the idea of banking some to protect as you get further along

My method of grinding my way up it works fine. Thanks for noticing this challenge is no easy task. It the grind from almost 0 to much more I feel would be worth it in the end.

I only plan to bank if I reach beyond 1 Bitcoin.

Current balance .0014 ($1) I will move forward

I will suggest you and all others never ever try all in , because there is no any profit in it for anyone, only a few people by chance have won that. and in general people mostly lose there.

I didn't. I never had a set stopping point however previously at each 10W milestone I cashed out. Getting to .25 BTC and going BUST isn't profitable.

Some have doubts about the records.
Some have doubts op hide losses.

New challenge will have Same format as before but the following additions:

New wallet will show each transaction. Hopefully this would put the speculation/doubts to rest.

I though it's a serious amount that we are talking here. I expected that when I read all in, it should be a bigger amount, an amount that a person cannot even afford to gamble.

But anyway, I have fun.. Maybe I miss your journey as what I have notice you are out of bankroll which means out of the game.

And according to my post you will do one thing or the other?

If so, I say go all in!

Also, I understand this is just for entertainment, but do you keep a track of your progress. If so how is it? I tried the OP but I didn't found any information.

I'm not a big fan of "all in" or "nothing". For me it's much risky and I think you can't achieve a lot using this game type. Better take good picks and bet normally, that's my way to success. BTW, good luck to you!

The most I achieved by going all in on every bet was starting from 50 EUR and ending up to 600 EUR, this is already huge (and of course I lost it all in the end). So I quit this strategy long time ago now.

Coming back this summer.

What happened last time, why didn't you post anything here?

Starting again soon... ::)

I hope this time you'll post some bets for us to review as per the op, also since I have missed your previous bets and it's not possible for me to review it all, could you tell me how was your experience.

Were the reviewers able to get you spot on strategies and most importantly did you make more profit from where you started.

The last time I was seaching for a new site to use as cloudbet no longer accepts players at my location and directbet.eu went out of business.

I will begin posting again very soon.

Thanks for asking it should be fun to watch.

Showing interest in this because you were using the sportsbook I used last year and I liked the fact they accepted ETH/LTC as well as the one every other site uses in BTC.
But as you mentioned, they went out of business.

Didn't know mbitcasino had a sportsbook and will check them out for your next pick.

Great start up again as all your bets hit so far! :)

Yes there are upsets every now and then but i still consider sports betting a safer way of gambling because you can input your knowledge like you said and  will not be over-reliant on luck alone and if you are able to make good predictions and regulate the amount you stake consistently over a long period then you can be sure of making profits in the future.

This is a valid point in putting together a wager in sports but only the ones that you know about and not occasionally watch. But analyze the statistics on the team and their players. Knowing their team's top scorer is injured and not playing in that game is a critical thing to know as it can mean a win or a loss for this game being bet on.
Parlay plays can also be a way to regulate your stakes in a wager. Choosing lower odds with multiple games on the same betslip is safer then going with the single bet sometimes.

Putting all in wont end up well all the time, i have my experience, where i was addicted just to gamble in sports, even if i am travelling and not able to watch the match live and so is the case with going full in, now i try to play safe and even then i end up with unexpected loss whenever there is an upset every now and then, use twenty percent in risky games and eighty percent in sure shot wins.

FOMO or going all in wont really be always advisable in any field we do make engagement specially on gambling.I presume that most of gamblers on sports did already experience this thing where we do made mistakes on allocating funds depending on the situation.I had experienced on going all in on a particular game which i didnt able to see it up due to some work reasons. 100% all in then suddenly lost it all in one game that thing give me some stress for a week as far as i remember and after that i do learn up.

Emotions play a key role in your life and that if you make any decision without thinking over it and without making any good strategy in your mind, then the chances of winning the game are quite low and that there is a possibility that you might not be able to achieve what all you want to get. You need to be very much careful and that you need not to invest all your earnings in one go.
