can i ask, why should we trust you with our money? isn't 20% comiision very high? how could we be sure that no alt of yours will win this game?

0.1 BTC is nice amount. Why OP thinks that someone, who never played this game, would risk that amount of money to play unknown game?

I like the concept of the game, if I understand it good you will give us a map and we need to find fiat panda on that map ( red, blue and yellow). This can be interesting, but to risk 40 $ on that is a bit too much. I see you are hero member, but that doesn't mean that game doesn't have some kind of trick in it.

You should make some free rounds for us to try this game first, or at least with some much lower buy in. Like this it will be hard for you to find 20 players, its just my opinion. I will watch this thread for sure, good luck with this project.

So it's nothing but a usual random game. Your game is just a disguised lottery. It involves no skill and no funny activity. Why not just taking this money and play poker with it?

Oh and just one more question:
Is it on a real map?
I mean it's all on the Internet I guess, but is it on a related map of a real city? If yes then how do you implement the cars? Don't you worry about how easy it will be to create a filter giving out only added object?

How can we trust you? i mean you could find the panda(you must be knowing the exact location of the panda!) and post screenshot(with another account) get the prize? 20% house edge is horrible.

Yes, if you found one of the 3 Fiat Panda : you win.

The red Fiat Panda = 1BTC
The blue Fiat Panda = 0.40BTC
The dark yellow Fiat Panda = 0.20BTC

The player and the cars are placed in different areas (each round)

You can download and test the game :
https://docs.google.com/uc?id=0B7p4QpBx-IxFSnFseXhSZk5STW8&export=download

Controls : mouse / keyboard arrows
Show/hide the map : m, k

I'll answer the other questions this day
Thank you

A can i ask,

1 why should we trust you with our money?
2 isn't 20% comiision very high?
3 how could we be sure that no alt of yours will win this game?
A yes you can

1 because I'am here for the long run and I'am not a scammer (no one said I'm a bad guy in the altcoin thread (MCAR)
I want create games but nowadays everyone wants free games...
2 GooglePlay ask 33%, I think 20% is fair because I want to finance a fully automated game with original creations
3 I have no friends here. I build this trust myself. I will not break the trust with unfair practices. The casino does not play his own game.
I'am the creator and the supervisor. That's all.

in the Altcoin board, I am well known.

2 yes

3 no trick : you search, if you are the first : you win.

4 you can test the game

5 I'll take your comments into consideration

Not interested at all, 20% house edge and no escrow ???
Also, i'm very confused about how we can find the panda or whether it's rigged or not.
1 walk the streets
2 find the car
3 win

You tell us that you will not play your own game. Why are we to believe you?

Just because one company asks for 33%, that doesn't imply that 20% is low.
Just-dice and primedice ask for 1%. Will you give us a rate under 1%?

This game goes against all the provably fair technology that has been developed in Bitcoin gambling, as there is no way for you to be able to prove that everything isn't rigged.

I will find a way to prove the location of the cars before the start of the game

that wont prove any fairness IMHO, you can still win all the prizes by using alt account to post the transaction ID and the location of each prizes and boom instant bitcoins for you. :))

Do you think 0.40BTC per round is not enough for me ?  ::)

Brainstorming now.

it is maybe enough for you but the fact is there is no way to prove that your alt won't win this game. even the most trusted person in this world can do that ;)

Well, we won't have any proof at all that you will not play your own game. But if what you said was true, then let's assume that you won't play your game.
Even with that, 20% house edge is beyond horrible. Just because Google Play does 33% doesn't mean you can do close (well, not really but still) to that percentage as well. Google is a well-known company and has a different business nature than yours. You are ensured that you get something from them.

Scam?

Title: Re: FIATFINDER
Post by: RussianRaibow on April 26, 2016, 01:21:03 PM
To be honest it sounds like a cool idea and a fun game, but without being provably fair I can't play it.  There are too many scammers and there is no way to know whether or not you are going to be the "winner."  I've thought of different similar ideas, but with there being no way to stay accountable to the customers, you can't gain any traction.

Nice concept for a game, but how do we know that you will not send your own money and play the game by yourself and take every single bitcoin that is pooled? It might be a fun way to win such an amount for 0.1 btc, but the thing is we cannot prove that you yourself is not playing the game to win the pool and tell everyone that the panda has been found.

Ok well it's a new concept. The only problem would be that you take more than 20% of comission which is quite excessive xD

Best strategy needs to be applied here.
