giving adsense account also or only website? I read somewhere that adsense can't be applied two times with same domain. if you are selling only websites then your price very high. you should provide google adsense also with all information and securities.

no you can submit site to other adsense account.
i did that on one of my sites (donaldcoin) it was on my friend's adsense first and then moved to my adsense..

i'm not going to give my adsense account, but i can share all profits information on my adsense before selling..

I miss the part where you explain how much each faucet cost in maintaince.
Hosting (do you have a vps?) and paying out your users?

yes i use vps hosting for each site.
vps costs $22 per month.

hosting is not problem, $22 is nothing comparing with adsense profits.
but yes payouts are important point, while there are many members and have no minimum payout (which makes sites popular).

i pay about 0.2 btc daily on DonaldCoin, and 0.1 btc daily on each HitPxl and HenBTC.

101Dogs payouts still low because it's started yesterday.

payouts can be covered by %50 of adsense income in average for any site.
bitcoin advertising networks can be used as well with adsense to cover payouts and keep adsense mostly net profits..

How come Google Adsense allows the faucets? Isn't this directly the violation of their rules?

adsense allow faucets which has content.
all my sites are games based, not like other faucets, white page with claim link and ads only..

bitcoin is approved by adsense if site has content, and you see DonaldCoin is online about 8 months ago..

my sites is also protected for adsense, you can see homepage has no google ads, because i know some referrals may send many bad traffic while getting referrals, so i put adsense ads on pages other than homepage to protect adsense account and deliver real safe traffic only.

if adsense not allowed i wouldn't start new site yesterday (101Dogs.net).  ;)

Is it really a true we can make $5k from a faucet site. Any faucet owners could share and confirm their real time experience.
If it is really true  I will plan up my own faucets...

Sounds like a good idea, but OP did not mention about any profit sharing kind of partnership nor installment.
Usually your type of buying/selling only feasible between friends or among trusted people.

i may aggree installments within 2 months only, not for long time.
as like %70 first, and %30 next month is ok..

but sure something will stay with me till you pay all the money as like domain name or hosting..

What is the reason behind your decision of selling these golden egg laying gooses...
I have a friend who is struggling with his faucet site for paying his visitors.

reason is because i have 4 sites now, selling one for good payment and keeping 3 sites is good for me.

all sites has good profits, if not i wouldn't start new site yesterday, and going to start new sites next days..

selling is good for me because i'm able to start new sites and promote it easily using my other popular sites..

$5500 is income,
site costs is about %50 for Payouts and advertising.

You can say profits are %50 of adsense income.
using more advertising networks will earn more, but for me it's ok to use adsense only and pay %50 of my site income for paouts,..etc

Good to see you are open about cost/income. What i am wondering is why you don't provide some google analytics stats and adsense stats with a printscreen?
This cost 1 min and you will get more serious bidders.

i'm not in hurry, this topic could stay here for some months, while i still earn from sites..

reason is because i have many sites and not time to manage all..

Worth pointing out that this user has a negative trust rating and that DonaldCoin.com has almost exclusively Russian / eastern European traffic. That sort of traffic is worth very little for adsense.

they think it's scam site but it's MLM site.

I'm a bit curious why you need to sell your sites if you are earning that big amount monthly?

but i'm not interesting with rent or anything similar to it, site need little work, but having a lot of sites may be problem for me.

while i have about 7 sites, it will change nothing nothing to me if it be 6.

sorry but i'm not interesting for renting sites for other reason, i worry new admin turn it into scam, or don't know how to manage it..

however, if you're interesting in something new, i can create new site for you (i'm making on new one now, it'll be Timon and Pumbaa bitcoin site). it can be yours or i can create something new for you for 4 btc.
