Is there is any services that allows you to send SMS online (without providing your phone number) and you pay using Bitcoin ? thx !

There used to be one in the past called "Bitsms" but haven't seen them online in a while and their website is offline as well: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=761900.0 (They charged high prices)
There's another one on github, although not sure how to use it: https://github.com/justinguy/bitcoinsms
There are few others that do this but you have to provide a phone number and a nick name (but you don't want that), and from my observation, they all charge huge prices as well.

Registration is not required to make a call, simple load some bitcoin and start calling. But it is not SMS service just voice calls.

Yes I don't want something that needs my phone number because I don't see why they are supposed to get it in the first place , I don't want the receiver to get my real phone number as well . ty though

It won't be for spamming so It's nothing specific (nothing above 10 per day) and some days I'm not going to send any.

If you actually did a little search on the net, you could see that there are a lot of sites that offer free SMS services. If it were nothing but just sending sms, I suggest you use http://www.afreesms.com/ as it is worldwide and it even provides the details of the recipient. I personally use this for emergency or for anonymity.

It's basically why I'm asking on the first place , I tried that service but the receiver never received SMS so that's why I'm looking for something paid (which is most of the time better then free services).

Hi, there is quite some variety of services that you can use.
I personally used Pinger not so long ago. www.pinger.com
It requires registration, and I believe you need a USA IP address to register (not sure about this), although this can be easily circumvented by using a VPN/VPS.
The website will give you a Cellphone number and a chat window that you can use to receive and send SMS to USA numbers.
Other alternatives you can use: buy a google voice account from one of the providers that can be found on this same forum. You can also do unlimeted free calls to USA and Canada cellphones.

Why not buy a different SIM card (Prepaid) and use it to register.

How many SMS are you planning to send? Is it something like a text to a bunch of mobile numbers like other countries call it text blast. There is callfire.com where they can help you with your text blast to many numbers.
