There is no such thing as an "halving" in Peercoin.

PPC uses an algorithm where the rewards are adjusted periodically depending on the actual difficulty. The actual block reward is 13,77 PPC but if difficulty goes up, reward goes down and if diff goes down, reward goes up. The reason is that by design, PoW mining is expected to have a lower importance in the future, to save energy.

(This thread should be moved into the altcoin forum, I think.)

Who gives a damn, this is the Bitcoin discussion forum. You can find the altcoin subsection elsewhere.

So is there any PPC halving clock or something like that?
Maybe some difficulty chart with past halving at PPC?

in here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peercoin it says:

Proof-of-work[edit]
The whole network uses the SHA-256 Algorithm. For each 16 times increase in the network, the proof-of-work block reward is halved.
