Is there anyone usin btc widget on android device to keep an eye on btc price ? i need one

Works well enough for me (I'm not a heavy BTC user, so my needs are pretty moderate)

Yup!! that one is a good one too, I always use that. The most useful feature in that is you can set up an alarm if ever the price will go high or go low. Depending on what price you want. You need an internet connection to keep the widget updating the price.

I use the coinbase one, and only just realised that it said $450, but the bitstamp price is $444. Big difference. I'm looking for a widget, so I'll probably start using the one above. You could also use ZeroBlock by blockchain.info

I think "Bitcoin Price Checker" is the best widget for Android.  It can check BTC as well as any altcoin on almost every exchange out there, complete with customizable alarms.  Try it out! 

So far the Bitcoin ticker on google playstore works best for me. Also there is a bitcoin widget which you can also set a voice alarm every minutes on what is the current price of bitcoin. Just search bitcoin widget on google play and you hould have a lot of option.

This is ideal for my needs. Does anyone know where I can download the Ticker apk, really don't like using google store.

I'm curious why you don't like google store?

I am with you.  I find that this is an easy way to tell what is going on and when.  I am also not one of those who are concerned with knowing every minute of the day, but this is a great way to keep an eye on things.

I have had some bad dealings with google store lately also. If there is one small issues with the way your phone is operating, they cause issues with the google store application.  I am not sure why it will not work when a small setting on your phone or PC is messed up. 

Is apk better than app store installing or why ? Id like to know more details about it

I think it is due to dev compatibility that's why it is favoured.
