Is this phone unlocked and GSM? I am interested on this phone, what are your reasons in why you sell this wonderful phone?

I am also interested in this phone. What is the IMEI so I can call T-Mobile to confirm. Also, what will the shipping be to zipcode 15672? Is there any scratches, dents or dings on the phone? Is it fully functional? I will wait a reply.
