Afaik, you can directly deposit btc to netteler. Also this belongs to currency exchange section. I don't think you can find a 1:1 trade at the moment with the current bitcoin price, people will ask for a fee.

I think Neteller accept Bitcoin funding so you can fund your Neteller account using bitcoin wallet without exchange service usually. You can also check the exchange section for the remaining needed services

NETELLER has really low limits for btc deposits and you are not allowed  to spend those funds, lol

You can actually spend those neteller funds deposited via bitcoin if you transfer those first to skrill and back to neteller account this way they cant flag your fund is from bitcoin. Only try on your own risk i havent tried this myself.

You can try out Coinimal to deposit Bitcoins and exchange them to funds on your Neteller account but be aware that there is a fee for this service. Also there is a calculator on the website so you know what you are getting for your coins before initiating the exchange. By the way I have heard about the trick that 'laundering' your coins to another website will make them spendable on Neteller but I haven't tried it myself so I can't vouch 100% for that.
