Title: [Chrome Extension] Add USD value of BTC to BTCGuild, deepbit, Slush, BTCMine Post by: jarekb on June 10, 2011, 01:23:53 PM I got tired of switching over to MtGox to grab the latest price, count up my BTC, then figure out what the total value of was. So I created this simple Chrome extension that adds the BTC values in USD to the Rewards Summary page.
The extension is called "Mined BTC Value" and you can get it here (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/gmmcpoilpgdgmbmggbpffipljommknjp?hl=en). Below are examples of what the extension does to each page. Mainly adds the last MtGox price and converts each BTC balance to USD. After a reinstall of chrome, it appears to work. Anyone else having issues with the extension working?

Also added more before/after screenshots. The pics take up a lot of room in this post, does anyone know if there's anything like a spoiler tag that I can wrap the images in using this forum?
My next big todo will be to make a FireFox version of this unless someone has other pools they want added. |
