I used to have a similar problem with youtube videos then turned off hardware acceleration in flash...Netflix uses silverlight (which according to the little bit of research I've done has no hardware acceleration) and my hash rate falls from 720 mh/s to 200-400 while streaming Netflix :-[ I have a 5870 and a 5850 running independently and the hash rates of both cards fall also, not just the one connected to monitor.

However, if netflix is using the most recent version of flash, flash does do gpu hardware acceleration, thus stealing your hashes like a dirty troll.

That could be causing some issues... but I am not sure if that can be turned off or if it does indeed exist. |
