also if there is any other game like it (with only two outcome) please introduce it to me. Jokes aside, If you want to play a game that gives you nearly 50% chance of winning, you can make your bet on dice or high/low/red/black/odd/even on roulette or big/small/odd/even on Sic Bo. Why do you want that? Isn't adjusting the winning % on dice to 50% the same thing? Anyway any game you find like that will pay you less than double, so you should really be looking for the best house edge I think. But if you do it only the odds would still be 50/50 or a little percentage in favor of the house edge. As far as I know when tossing an actual coins the other side is more favorable than the other. Like a simple coins the tail wins most of the time.
