Although they do pay out. the amount is so small that unless you could somehow have a bot do the work for you under multiple conections they seem worthless. Anyone have any idea of a profitable one if done full time, or does anyone know how to make a bot like that , that could click and enter basic caotcgas

They really are not going to be profitable for you unless you really have nothing better to do with your time. You might try instead to offer some good or service to exchange for coins. It would probably be a more effective use of time.

I expect weekly payouts to all users of around 2 BTC (that's the goal). Still not going to replace your dayjob, but if you spend any significant amount of time moving blocks around on the server, it'll pay out much better than any of the free faucets will!

Multiply whatever miniscule amount you get by $30 and you'll see you would make more looking for coins on the sidewalk outside a supermarket. You could always then convert those coins to BTC for a faster rate of BTC income.
