TL;DR  2000 AsicMiner auction @ .38 BTC

750 (or more) ASICMiner shares for sale.

I am selling the shares that people bid on, but did not pay for in this thread. 850 right now but I would guess 100 or so will be added in about 12 hours.

Bids need to start at .38 and go up by multiples of .01
You must bid in blocks that are divisible by 25  (ex, 25, 50, 100, 1375, 2000)

(sorry in case this is OT): I might be interested and found the huge asicminer thread. Can someone tell me where to go to get more detailed info on Asicminer, like share contract and stuff? Are these shares publicly traded somehwere?

ASICMiner was listed on GLBSE. It is only trading OTC now but will be listed before dividends. Right now auctions like this is the only way to buy ASICMiner.

ASICMINER shares are currently not publicly tradable, but I think they are making their own exchange, and there's going to be passthroughs obviously.

During part of the auction the website was not online because they were moving to a new server. Also I was unable to connect to the website after that. However if no one objects we can end it at the normal time. I just wanted to give everyone a fair chance to bid.

That is a good question. He will either be setting up his own exchange or will be listing on a current exchange. This will be done before the first dividend I am told.

Asic-Miner auction and escrow contract.

 Please read the following carefully and please ask any questions BEFORE sending any bitcoin. Sending bitcoin means you agree to these terms.

You will need to send BTC to your address found at the lower part of the contract. This address is the escrow address and it is being held by John(JohntheDong). If you do not trust John and do not wish to use him as escrow we can make the trade without escrow.

You are buying my claimed ASICMiner shares.

Once I have the shares I will send them to John and he will thus send them to you. This will be done because it is hard to prove to John that I did send out the shares if I send them directly.

Assuming this can not happen Friedcat will have to directly and publicly hand out the shares to the buyer.

Because you are buying the claimed shares, if something unfortunate should happen and the shares are never sent to me BTC can not be refunded. You can not get a refund for acts of God or something outside of my control. If friedcat was hit by a bus, or if the Internet in China goes off line forever this is not in my control. If friedcat sends out the shares later than 19th April for any reason, I reserve the right to request and obtain the escrowed Bitcoins from John. I will still be obligated to send to john if I ever receive them in the future. 

John only has the option to return BTC to the buyers if and only if I refuse to send the shares I have received to John.

To avoid coins being locked in escrow forever at anytime and for any reason a buyer or myself can give permission to release the funds to the other party. John will have to make sure you are the true owner so please only send funds from an address you hold. Do not send funds from a Mt. Gox address for example.

If John feels the need for a 3rd party to assist him in making a decision John, Myself and the buyers must agree on who that third party is. We must have 100% consent from all involved if there is any variation from this contract.

As I told you this was listed on GLBSE and then when GLBSE went down friedcat asked for claims. My claim was accepted and this has been confirmed with friedcat. I do not hold the shares only a claim to it at this point. This is not traded on an exchange and I can not give you the shares. I can only give you my claimed shares.

I'm pretty bullish on this stock as I have the highest faith in Friedcat and the delay in BFL/Avalon is just wonderful (for us).

Please confirm or deny hat I still won the shares (you said you sold all 850 shares - but I'm obviously not yet on the list who paid the escrow), so I can work with John about potential reimbursement (if needed).

I'm sorry and understand your point of view but trying to make others happy I resold the shares after the 24 hours. That rule was in the OP and I do want to stick with it.

According to friedcat and other public posts, it is confirmed that everyone in this auction received their shares AFAIK. If you've got the dividend payments it is logical that you already hold the shares, right?

Friedcat knows of this and he sent me a PM about it saying it has been taken out of my account and put in yours. Please just wait for the next dividend as I am 100% sure it has been taken care of. If next dividend you do not get them please come back and let us all know.

He also told me to forward you the 1.18 BTC I received as a dividend payment. You have that already.

This is the one guy I forgot on the list and it was not moved before the dividend. But they have been moved now and I forwarded the shares. Friedcat very much knows about this issue and it should be resolved. Let us just wait for the next dividend in a couple of days. If it is not resolved then I will send BTC back to John until it is fixed.

Whoa crap, I assumed that only Vezunchik had a problem with the share payments initially. If something goes wrong with friedcat's transfer and Goat's return of the BTC, I'll refund you myself.

I was not aware of the problem either until Friedcat told me about it after the fact. It was my mistake.

I think there is nothing to worry about. I have no problems with shares transfer except of that I was monitoring my public address and friedcat transfered shares to my 'store" address - placed on separate computer, for rare private operations. So, here will be no problems too in a couple of days I believe.

By the way - I can't understand how BTC amount transfered as dividends was calculated. friedcat again have no time to answer and I can't find any official posts from him about it...  :-\
