I am thinking of a site like omegle or chatroulette.
Where user can video chat live and also can give each other Bitcoins at the same time. That user can withdraw anytime without fees,  No restrictions. (min 5000 satoshi - Max no limit)

Tell me if that would be a good idea?

It's an interesting concept, but (in my opinion) a better idea would turn it into a sort of comedy thing, where average consumers would be paired against comedians and then they can tip them if they're funny.

That would be better than expecting people to just tip each other anyways.

Haha nice idea but in video chat live they can do illegal things for money . one on one ? Cam to cam? Haha i think this is bad idea if cam to cam . because they can do bad things for the bitcoin.

You mean like tip each other? Not a bad idea but it has to be over 18 age because you know people are nasty when they are on cam. They don't act like they would in real life because they know they can get away with these bad attitudes and behaviours online without any disciplinary action taken against them.

Seems like a good idea. If you can create it yourself, without any additional
coding from 3rd party it may be quite lucrative.
However, me for example, wouldn't use it. Just don have interest is such things.
It would drift in to sex related thing pretty fast.
Maybe it should be themed somehow? Like Bitcoin/altcoin specific?

Might as well just turn it into a full live sex webcams kind of deal. I think its the only thing people would be willing to give up their bitcoins for.  Its hard enough to get anyone to use bitcoin to buy real goods as it is. The more bitcoin gets out their the better though.

Yes very good answer, i m agree with you if we are doing online chating so we should have follow the rules, just like bitcointalk rules, otherwise your idea is good and i like it and i hope mostly people will like it.

The idea is good but it lacks one thing and that's "not suitable for everyone". Not sure how skilled are you but if I were capable of making such sites then instead of your initial idea, I would've made a YouTube like site (perhaps name it BTCitTube) and instead of google adsense, all BTCitcoin advertising ads only and that would surely make it much more concentrated on our community plus there could be live videos there too plus the whole withdrawals would be a piece of cake as compared to how it's on YouTube. The potential would be greater since Adsense is limited to many due to a lot of reasons (one of them being due to someones location). In case you pursue your initial plan, surely it turns out to one of those similar websites that are focused for adult content only and as result there are few out there so you'll going to have competition before you start.

Why do you need to exchange Bitcoins though? I'm trying to understand that. Is it a faucet or each user is supposed to give another user Bitcoins for some reason?

it was quick thinking. bitcoin will come by itself. but look, you have to think about how this program the way. you have to do a mature concept. if not, the same course that will make you lose bitcoin you bet on this program.

I like the idea in general.
But I believe this site will turn itself pretty fast into a porn platform.

You clearly don't understand the disruptive nature of blockchain technology. Here's how you start a paradigm-shifting bitcoin bu$ine$$, in order of importance:

1. Name your business:           Template: BIT + [what_you_do].
2. Decide on what_you_do:     This could be anything that already exists/existed in IRL in the legacy finance world,
                                          from ponzi scheme to flash game to prostitution.
3. Onboard intrepid investors.
4. ? ? ?
5. PROFIT!

I think more people are do not want to share there identity and i think they dont want to show him self for bitcoins .
 thats why we use bitcoin because we want anonimity.. and this is bad idea.. thoughts..

Why is anyone even gonna pay for camwhoring any more? You've got enough places where you can watch for free while the real fans tip.

Or a youtube structure where you can donate bitcoins if the video is informative.
The chat aspect seems to be something gear towards 25 and under and it opens up some potential issues.
Last night their was a story about some insta chat app that kids use that is filled with pedophiles trying to get hooked up.
So you would need to have some kind of protection from some scum bag offering kids bitcoin to do things that are inappropriate.
You mustard that up and its a decent idea that can bounce many directions once established.

Good idea, but bitcoin (I think) is not popular enough to have a great user base. The site could become popular though, and make bitcoin go popular because of its usage.

This sounds very pornographic, cause for sure good looking, naked girls will have most tips for sure. Or you imagined to be more like some tutoring conversations, where people would pay to learn something?

Maybe this can be good idea if you make really huge marketing all over the internet, but that cost money.

I am wondering when Twitch will start accepting Bitcoin. It's the biggest livestreaming website in the world and I have seen some streamers getting donations in the form of Bitcoin and alt coins so I guess Twitch could jump on the bandwagon and make paying for channel subscriptions with Bitcoin possible.

A lot of cam site out there already. If it is not live porn, nobody will pay to watch anything.

I kind of agree that, if you don't have copy righted stuff, nobody will pay for it.

it is a good idea but in the end how successful it can be will be up to the developers of the project, i have seen many similar project that started with a good idea but after a while they had no idea how to move forward and expand their project and they eventually died after a while.

This is no different in the forum, where chatting except video chat. only few people will actually do video chat as it defeats the purpose of anonymity.


marketing always matter though. no matter how good the devs and the sites functionality if no users use the site, it will still be a failure.

I think it is a good idea dude I have many friends in bitcoin and I just use skype to chat or video call and it could not be used to give a tip bitcoin or the like.

It sounds interesting and you can attract so many people to use this service from bitcoin community, i would like to know about your site what is link to test this service and how it looks like, layout and user inter face is very important part how it friendly to use.
