Title: Is it easier to spend money in a Video Game?
Post by: Electrongolf on June 10, 2011, 02:19:55 PM
What would the economy of Bitcoin be like if it were used in virtual online world like Second Life? Would it be more "fun" to spend Bitcoin in a virtual environment?

A Video Game like XBox = Yes for certain
Second life (or similar) I wouldn't really know.
In general, once the money becomes game credits you don't tend to think of it as being real money, so it gets spent faster.

For some people it would, others would see things for what they really are and just act normally
