I am going to create a website for a client and i am going to provide these things:

- 5 Pages
- Bootstrap
- Modern Design (With Animations)
- Responsiveness
- Mobile Support
- Forum
- Live Chat

What you guys think should be the good price for this project? :)

Well with all of that feature I guess it would cost. Ranging $400- $600.

But it will still depend on your decision.

50$ max.
Use Wordpress.
Buy a theme for 50$ or less.
Create a Subdomain for Forums and use a forum open source alternative to Wordpress.

As far as live chat is concerned, use tawk.to

I would personally put a price tag of $50 to $100 on this work since your going to use bootstrap and not to code everything by yourself plus everything mentioned, their codes could be found as well so what's making it to be in a range, is about how modern the design gets and how much effort you put in originality and uniqueness (everything could be tweaked with your own style).

Thanks for your post and i am creating it using Bootstrap but it depends on the customer what he wants from me. Less than $50 is too low for a Website development.

Seems like you are a goo web programer,i knew that when see you post almost complete website. its common requirement of perfect site,and abut the price its up to you to put offer for your site,i suggest you to sell it more than $500 and its not include common price in each country.

so that's hard to say men everyone does it on his own way. Don't know how long it takes to create everything you want,
but of you know how much pages you want they can give you a index price.

It costs $400 to the least, you can try with the learning and do the project yourself and grab a good profit.

Agree, the common requirement is almost perfect for the perfect site. And i think for the price is between 300-400$, but because you use bootstrap it can be just around 100-200$
