Title: Rollin.io is a SCAM
Post by: Diaz on April 30, 2016, 04:38:49 AM
A deposit of 20mB was made to Rollin.io website on Friday 29 of 2016.
After  gamblig for roughly 15-20 minutes the account was in a positive of 23mB. However, all of the suden the account was in a 0mB balance BEFORE i could even place a bet!
When confronted a "moderator" in the chat room about the situation, i was initially ignored, but then shortly after an response, i was ridiculed and insulted and told to leave.
During the conversation, someone mentioned that i should check my "transactions". the bitcoin was withdrawn to some wallet adress from my account.
THE SITE IS A SCAM! STAY AWAY!

I think you posted in the wrong section, there is a scam accusation section here where you can post your complaint furthermore, your complaint will be more interesting if this is backed by screen shots so others will not think that you are just a sore loser and just want tp get back with rollin.io

Rollin.io have great promotion sorry in this case i'm not sure in what you said because you not give a proof if their moderator not treated well their user but if it's true what you say they should immediately change their operator, little or much your deposit their should be treat well.

if thats what really happened to you, maybe your computer is infected of somekind of malware and someone is able to access your rollin.io account and withdraw it to his/her bitcoin address coz i personally didnt experience that kind of issue in my long time playing on their site

Show your proofs before let us believe on what you are saying.

Rollin.io has good signature campaign here in forum and that's a proof that they wouldn't scam people.

As far as I know rollin.io is a great site and has an excellent reputation. Do try to sort it out with their support first, before complaining on the forum.

I beg to disagree with your idea that having a good signature campaign is a guarantee that they will not scam anyone but I'm not saying that rollin.io will do it as well.

Well OP listed an improper scam accusation without a single proof. He only mentioned it how it went through .If it happened as you said then i fear that your computer might be infected with keylogger or maybe you put your username and passord in phising page prior to this  incident.

Or,maybe you withdrawed to your own wallet. Also rollin is there for a long time without a single true scam accusation and also players with high bankroll play up there and none of them had that problem like yours.

However whatever happened you cannot change, but you can take up measures to not to let it happen again by

(A)Setting up a new password.
(B)Switch off the secret URL from profile by which anyone can login to your account without a username and password.
(C) Set up an email address and emergency Bitcoin withdrawal address.

You said that your balance had withdrawn to a wallet right? I think Rollin.io will not do that , AFAIK they already have your "20mb" since you started playing in their site. If they want to get/release your money, they will just delete your account balance, not to waste such time to withdraw it and transfer into another wallet. Maybe your account have been compromised by someone.

If your balance has been withdraw to some other address means we can't blame it to site owner because it looks like your account details has been compromised and some one else might have withdrawn your money. In this case we can't blame on site owner. Did you use 2FA protection for your account? If you use that then mostly your account is safe and no one can't withdraw your money. Learn how to protect your accounts to avoid in future.

There is no chance they would screw you over for such a small amount. As people said above, the only option I see is your PC was infected. Have you checked your withdrawal logs? It was probably withdrawn to a newly created bitcoin address... i.e. you were hacked. Always use 2FA!
Then again I am not a really big fan of rollin.io anyways... there's better options IMO such as BD, BK, PD...

Bottom line is though that I don't see them "scamming" you for such a petty amount.

"your complaint will be more interesting if this is backed by screen shots"
exactly what was i supposed to take a screen shoot of? The balance. simply went to 0 during game play.
"maybe your computer is infected of somekind of malware and someone is able to access your rollin.io account"
Funny you should mention that, the account was created/active for only 15 minutes before this happened.
"i fear that your computer might be infected with keylogger"
No, i use an prepaid, unregistered mobile device, which i don't down load anything to. It's not "inflected" with anything. In fact, if that was the case, my bitfinex, btc-e and coinbase accounts would have been compromised a long time ago.
Ironically, the account was "hacked" 15 minutes after it was created. And no, i have no malware for the  reasons stated previously above.

I have had small amounts on rollin.io and never has anything like this happened... they simply wouldn't risk anything over such a petty amount. NEVER EVER call something a scam right away something goes wrong.

rollin has been around for a long time. So naturally a lot of  us believe in it as we have put in much more btc in it and there is no problem. So if you fully believe you are being scam, you really need to give us a lot of solid proof. Otherwise, there is no way we will believe in someone with no credit accusing on a site with huge credits.

Do you think that an old and trusted site like Rollin will scam for only 23mbtc? You must be kidding us..
The most possible thing is that if your balance is cashed out not to your wallet address means that your account was hacked.

"Do you think that an old and trusted site like Rollin will scam for only 23mbtc"
1.5 years is hardly "old"
And where do exactly the people that get scammed supposed to file a report with? the internet police?
The website is not exactly a legaly licenced gambling operation, which by the way is registered to "mr.X"
A scam can operate for decade before it is exposed. In fact, most people don't even bother since they usually get scammed for around $20 and just say the hell with it.
"Don't be a sore loser! Rollin.io has been around for a long time. They are not throwing their reputation away over a few mBTC's. Stop complaining when you lose."
You must have a comprehension deficiency. The coins vanished during gameplay. The account was created and active for roughly 15 minutes before the incident.

You should not be (or feel) rediculed and insulted. Then again, judging by the way you talk in this topic:
What??? Are you fucking slow or just flat out stupid?
I can imagine Mods don't want to entertain you. Screenshots of chat could help show us what really happened in chat.

During the conversation, someone mentioned that i should check my "transactions". the bitcoin was withdrawn to some wallet adress from my account.
"someone"... and there's the problem: that someone could have been you. Or someone with access to your device. Or password. Or many other things.

There, ( or here to be exact) is a serious case of "mental comprehension deficiency syndrome".
I already posted both addresses, what exactly do you want me to post?
The "prove" is in my "claim" that the balance was removed from my account "WITH OUT" my authorisation.

Hi Diaz, I’m sorry to hear about your recent loss.

Rollin didn’t touch your balance nor scammed you. As other people in this thread indicated there is a (great) chance that your account has been compromised. For example, did you download a third party bot or entered your Rollin login credentials somewhere?

We strongly advise not to use third party bots, if you do we recommend using Seuntjie’s bot (however on your own risk) and don't use your login credentials anywhere but the Rollin site, this applies to everyone!

Ps: to be honest, I find it weird that you didn’t contact our support, but in stead you are bashing “Rollin is a scam”, just my (simple) thoughts.

client bet the opposite way so many times on the long shot, the server was more likely going to give that number given the substantial odds that were in there favor most likely... it's what happens when things aren't truely random... you give a mathmatician, an economist, and a programmer a group of rules that lets them place money anywhere at anytime at any ratio on a stat calc...they can come up with a formula of bets that will pay for their total loss thru inflation before that happens.. that produces profits at a predictable rate..just have to get the sample large enough (1:3) and grow it exponentially with an added function for a small percent of inflation... just enough that when the "unlucky" moment happens, you've made more profit than what your "total loss" is... and give yourself the right odds...they   ....but someone comes along with a big enough bank roll, they shut it down... it's not a hack... it's just computer science and math.... Programs need an algorithm to run... and if you play it back, you should get desired results... it's why I was so excited when this was supposed to be truly random... and maybe it is... but you can't just lock out anyone that starts betting a particular pattern...

It was really hard to figure out because of all of the possible combinations of bets and where certain things pop up on the screen that over lap other aspects...along human error and the long run of all of those decimals... idk, I asked mods in chat if there was any problems with me using a mouse tool that a trained by it recording my human actions and then playing it back.. and they say no... but every time i get my mouse click script trained for what I believe to be an infinitely successful loop with inflation... they shut the site down almost immediately

I took my little bit of money and ran before I tested it the last time... I think these stories about whales coming in are somehow originating from their back end as an excuse to withdraw money when the risk is too high.. Not monetary wise... but strategy wise... just saying, the house is always going to win... and I thought with this provable fairness stuff...they'd be putting out legit random numbers... but computers are not capable of being fully "random"  ...it's a problem and a decentralized strategy for producing the seed is the answer... I'm new on the technology...but it was my understanding that was the goal... decentralization...yeah?

EDIT:  Good on them for getting the site back up so quickly... ^^^^ that's still my theory... but only time will tell if it proves true or not..Best wishes... and good luck ;)

This place is a den of thieves! When a gambler comes in with money, they will let him win at first... but they have the ability to weight the dice... and in the end you will lose.... unless you join their little "marketplace" (it goes down in the chat and dm) ... It's not a place for gamblers to win... It's a place for them to take advantage of gamblers... they make suddle changes to the site to take advantage of "human error" ... and if you do win, and withdraw even less than what is the equivalent of $20 usd... they will shut the site down and make up a bunch of lies regarding why they took it down... It's not fair... They say it's "provably fair" ...but that just means you can verify your bets... It does not mean they don't have the ability to "weight the dice" so to say.... at any time, they keep around 200 nodes online that can be controlled by the site mods on whether to bet "with the house" or "against the house" ... whatever odds you choose to play on their site... they will use their "marketplace" to multiply those odds by 1 in 2xx .....you're not going to win unless they let you...and they will only let you for so long to get you hooked, and then your money will start flowing the other direction...

THE ONLY THING ROLLIN.IO IS GOOD FOR IS PEOPLE WHO HAVE A GAMBLING ADDICTION AND NEED A FREE FIX.... DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THIS SITE UNLESS YOU ARE A WALLSTREET WOLF. either way... now that you've been warned fair and square... enter at your own risk:

STAY AWAY!
Your money was stolen so please stop saying bullshit about that awesome site.
