If technical way is not possible. Can be bitcoin destroyed by creating false value ?
And the tool used for answer is ethereum.

Ethereum - 1 billion market cap in some months of existence ? why ? becasuse it can ? NO! Everything have a reason.

Ethereum is innovative ? why ?
If everything is possible with bitcoin... bitcoin can have in future 1 seconds block generation, cutted database by saving actual chain state,
bitcoin can be PoS - if it will be better, bitcoin can implement smart contracts... etc


no i really don't understand who is now buying ethereum

Be strong and hold bitcion, which have 7 years distribution and real value, don't be confused from outside
Ethereum maybe will be pumped, but i am sure, that here will day if fall more than 100%

Bitcoin has already won. Now the burden of proof is on those that were claiming how Ethereum would overtake Bitcoin's spot. I don't think Vitalik was ever stupid enough to claim that it would, because I haven't been paying attention to everything that he has said, but if he ever did... sell right now.

The fact is, Bitcoin has 0 real competition, all altcoins are doing is trying to fill some niches that Bitcoin may not be filling right now, but guess what, Bitcoin will eventually fill all those niches, unless some altcoin is so revolutionary that no sidechain can hold this feature, but no altcoin ever has delivered that kind of technology yet, so Bitcoin is and will remain being king, just hold, relax and enjoy the price rise to the moon.

He has always said Eth is not competing against Bitcoin, so if Ethereum takes over it would be the people deciding the protocals are better.

I honestly think it is only a matter of time before a alt coin does take over - IF the people leading Bitcoin [dev team] don't slack off.

Good dev team backing a coin = success.

Don't think for a second it is "impossible" for something to beat Bitcoin. It is this kind of thinking that dooms anything.

I also do not understand why this attitude of "either/or" all the time when it comes to comparing BTC with alts, whether its ETH or another alt. I think there is room for both, as well as a few of the other more robust alts out there.  There are many successful stocks, bonds, commodities and other investments as well as currencies themselves throughout the World, not just ONE thing to hold value. So why would it be any different with cryptocurrencies?

Keep in mind that the value of all cryptocurrencies combined is but a tiny sliver of the available monetary supply in existence. I think as time goes on and cryptocurrencies get past their growing pains and become more mature we will begin to see more interest and investment. Once this happens and we start seeing real investments enter into the ecosystem, the thought of having just one currency will be as silly as expecting the whole world to use only one fiat currency. (No comments please from the NWO types. :) )

So what are you saying,  ethereum is going to/can destroy bitcoin?  It's not clear if you're saying something or asking.   In either case ethereum isn't doing anything of the sort.   The market is currently casting its judgment on that.

If Bitcoin was created originally for the purpose of experimentation, the rest of the coin, one purpose of which is enrichment.

You should cross out the decentralisation aswell.

Bitcoin is and will be the No. 1 digital currency. It might lose this status if there is no further developments or its development is controlled by small group of interested party.
