Our freerolls are the opposite :) I have not seen any Omaha bitcoin freerolls. I have no knowledge of Deuceisgood's case or accounts and I dont speak for Nitrogen but I guess Nitrogen is limiting Deuceisgood for multi-accounting which is against their rules. So definitely don't make a 3rd account. The best move might be for Deuceisgood to close his old account so he only has one account and then he would no longer be breaking Nitrogen's multi-account rules.
