Yes, very very high probably to be scam. I rarely use faucets with cashout now, just using those pay directly to FaucetBox. They just change the site name, create a new account on forum and start the scheme again. But I think each new site they create less people join it, because faucet users are more alerts with that kind of site. Title: Re: Gainsatoshi scam?
