His btctalk profile link - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=121796
Steam profile link  - https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198097060472/
Some screenshots - http://prnt.sc/azo22r ; http://prnt.sc/azo45a ; http://prnt.sc/azo595
After using my code he went offline.
Report him.

Can someone of admins check his IP and find his other btctalk accounts?

well, lets give him 24 hours to respond. I don't think he'd risk his account for a small amount.

Mostly likely you have been scammed by someone else pretending to be Alani to use his trust rating. If you see Alani123's profile ,it says he's from Greece whilst his steam profile mentions Netherlands.I highly doubt if they're the same persons.Wait for him to respond.

Explaine me then why he pmed that profile? Huh? Its his profile! ::)

Do you mind posting the screen shots of the PM ? Those also stand as a solid proof to base your accusation.

Sorry I didn't bother to check all screen shots since I thought they would be of steam chat.

I think the OP already did that: http://prnt.sc/azo595 (straight from his OP)

@OP: do be patient... Because somebody goes offline doesn't automatically make him a scammer... Maybe his internet went out, or maybe something urgent happened in his life?

Whoah there OP, you posted this literally minutes after I went offline, and also cropped out the PMs in which I told you we could either use escrow (which you refused saying escrow can scam  ::)) or I'll be paying after some time of receiving the code.

Given that you sell direct steam funds  (https://archive.is/W6Jv2)(which is against steam's ToS and likely comes from fraudulent accounts), tried to bait me into paying first, provided dubious proof, and even went on to post a scam accusation against me to put further pressure on the matter, I've decided to give this payment a window of some hours for my own safety. Fraudulent steam funds are perfectly refundable by steam and it usually takes 2 to 3 days maximum, being in a hurry doesn't put you in a good position.

Since OP decided to make this public, I think resolving it in public would also be best. I've asked him to post here so others can verify the payment on the blockchain as well. I'll be waiting for his response to complete the transaction (when I am).

Ohh, yeah you said in steam chat "Ok i`ll be sending promtly", that was the last thing you said and then you went offline.
