Title: I cant insert an image into my post. Post by: BitFomo on May 03, 2016, 07:21:36 AM I am using [*img]https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif[/img*] without ** but all I get is this:

That is right, and in case anyone are wondering why sharing pictures are disabled for newbies - this is a countermeasure to limit idiots who once posted NSFW pictures and other useless images in speculation section and in other threads all over the forum. And it works, because since that time, I have not seen anyone abusing image posting. Not to mention sometimes images could be dangerous and help hackers exploit security of a site. |
