Tell us for example the following details ? Your budget? Do you need some CMS? Like wordpress or something easy for you to modify later? Well tell us all you have in mind the more you tell us, the better it is to find the best solution for you ;) and be carefully do not pay anyone in advance only use escrow and avoid and deal outside this forum like skype etc.!
